Visiting? Start Here

Whether you're looking for a new church home, or you're in town visiting family and friends, you are our guest. We hope you'll experience the presence of God on Sunday and see what He is doing at the United Church of Christ, Southbury.

We do understand you might have a few questions before you come, so here is some helpful information:

When Do You Meet?

We gather for worship on Sunday mornings at 9:30 am. Plan to arrive a few minutes early so you can park, say hello, and find a seat. After the service, be sure to visit our Social Hall for Fellowship Hour where we can answer your questions over a good cup of coffee.

What Should I Expect?

Expect to hear from God by spending time in praise & worship, prayer, and teaching. Usually, our service lasts about 60 minutes. Reading through our Beliefs will also help you understand who we are and what you can expect when you visit.

What Should I Wear?

At UCC, Southbury, the focus is on Christ. There's no need to dress up, and most of our attendees dress casually. You might even spot a Southbury or Pomperaug jersey or two on a game day.

What About The Kids?

We provide children's programming for preschool - 7th grade. We invite you to pre-register your child to help the morning go smoothly. For all the details on children's programming, please visit our Children's Ministry page.
